Why 67?
People often ask, "Why 67?"
No, it isn't because of the recent 6-7 craze. I promise I didn't build an entire philosophy around a meaningless fad. 
The number 67 has been part of my work for years.
In 2009, I came across research on habit formation that found it takes an average of 66 days for a behavior to become automatic. Rather than stopping at 66, I asked a different question:
What if Day 67 isn't the finish line? What if it's the beginning?
Day 67 became a symbol of choosing to continue. To create meaning not just until a habit is formed, but for a lifetime.
That idea eventually became The Meaningful67 Challenge, inspired the blank 67th saying in Stop Chasing, Start Creating, and now lives on in The Creating Rhythm.
Because creating meaning isn't something you complete.
It's something you continue.
