Hi, I'm Justin.

I am here to be a part of the revolution that makes the employee-centric ‘humanity case’ for how we work, lead, connect and thrive at work and at home.

Here’s my story.

As I grew up, I experienced conflict about who I was. I wasn’t black enough for black kids and obviously not white. In those formative years, I also became a self-made entrepreneur. In a nutshell, I was a content but confused dishwasher at 14 and a driven employee in a leadership position at 23.

At work, I encountered the same emotions your people face every day - does my work have meaning? What I also experienced was the ‘business case’ for inclusion (creating a culture of belonging for all) after I was nominated (also known as voluntold) to the Inclusion Council. I asked, what about the human case for true inclusion in order to really move the needle for ALL people.

These experiences put me in the same shoes that your people and leaders walk in every day.

They also shaped how I chose to show up and demonstrate inclusiveness in my everyday living. As a result, promotions and personal growth followed. Leveraging my experience, leadership in Fortune 500 organizations and research; I help leaders and teams move the needle in enhancing the Employee Experience with a refreshing approach Employee Engagement and Inclusion.

Assessment

Identify a baseline for where the organization currently is. This can be done through conversations with key stakeholders, focus groups, and a pre-test/post-test survey.

Come to a consensus on what the real problem is and how to effectively address it with key stakeholders.

Make sure that the plan taken is aligned with the mission and vision of the organization in order to ensure that the work lasts longer than the work we do.

Advancement

The ACTION! This step is where we implement the learning and in-between session additional resources. This is done to enhance growth, and meaningful action at an individual and organizational level.

Work with key leaders and decision makers to ensure we help to create a highly-engaged and inclusive culture. Using tools like change management frameworks, The 4 Stage Analysis Model, and others to have lasting impact.

Our Impact

Work. Meaningful. as a company is committed to positively impacting the world around us.

We prioritize impact over income. We are building a company where we not only help people with our work, but we also give it forward with our 5% pledge. We give forward to educational initiatives for underserved communities in Ghana and the United States. We have provided clean water and are constructing a new middle school building in Justin’s dad’s home village in Ghana.

Our impact vision is to build a company that raises and gives over one million dollars a year to educational initiatives in Ghana and the United States.
